Orinda city council honors city manager on theater marquee

Former Mayor Eve Phillips recently joined the current Orinda City Council, Vice Mayor Dennis Fay, Mayor Amy Worth, and council members Nick Kosla and Inga Miller under the Orinda Theatre marquee that was commissioned to honor retiring City Manager Steve Salomon.
