"Every 15 Minutes" Video*
Did you know that every 15 minutes in the United States a young person is killed in a drunk-driving accident? Come join Las Lomas Principal Pat Lickiss and the Walnut Creek Police Department as they discuss the "Every 15 Minutes" program and how it has affected the families in our community on Dec.1st, 7-8:30 PM at the Las Lomas Theater located at 1450 S, Main St, Walnut Creek. No fee.

Stanley Middle School - Follow up for the Risky Behavior Panel event:
At the Brown Bag Lunch, the counselors and Dr. Beth Ferree will address the many questions that the panel just didn't have time for! Come, bring your lunch & join in the discussion. Staying Connected to Your Teenager (by Dr. Michael Riera): Join other parents for a discussion of this book and share your own parenting experiences and tips. Tuesday, December 2nd, from 7:00-8:30 p.m. in the Joaquin Moraga Intermediate School library, 1010 Camino Pablo, Moraga. Our discussion facilitator for the evening will be school counselor Ms. Heidi Felt.

Drive Smart, Stay Safe: A class for Teens and Parents
Parents and students must attend together. This is a free class sponsored by California Highway Patrol. We are never too experienced or inexperienced to be reminded about road safety. The class shares current real-life traffic situations, discusses responsible driving, and clarifies California driving laws. General Audition for Teen Actors -- Town Hall Theatre
Sun. Dec. 7 from 5pm to 8pm at 3535 School Street Lafayette. Participate in auditions for three upcoming teen shows at Town Hall. Auditions are free.
