Circular Broom Sweeping System

Orinda resident Lawrence Burde gave the haaga, an eco-friendly sweeper made in Germany, a push through the Orinda Farmer's market last Saturday. Members of the citizen group, Quiet Orinda, were displaying the gadget to demonstrate the circular broom sweeping system as an alterntive to leaf blowers for cleaning up small debris.
