Lamorinda Soccer Club's U12 Navy girls, coached by Stefan Clemens, won the Stanford Classic Tournament held Aug. 16-17. The girls defeated Mustang Crossfire 9-0, Samoa 4-3 and the Mill Valley Rockers 5-1 to advance to play the Evergreen United Earthquakes. With minutes left in the game, Kate Canon finished a beautiful cross by Grace McCauley to win the game 1-0.
