Chamber of Commerce President Debbie Cooper from Mechanics Bank congratulated Leila Douglah of Douglah Designs as the 2015 Business Person of the Year at the annual dinner event sponsored by the Lafayette Chamber of Commerce. Douglah has grown and expanded her business in Lafayette and always gives back to the community. She was honored at the Lafayette Park Hotel, with many dignitaries there to sing her praises. C.
